Ram did not exist - Govt of india tells Supreme Court

In an affidavit, government of India has told the Supreme Court that Ramayana was just a myth without any history, and that all its charactrs are just fiction.

Government virtually rejected that the personality of Sri Ram ever existed or the events of Ramayana ever took place.
