A historic verdict by Madras High Court - V sundaramTo sum up: Perfect justice, NO; attainable justice, YES. The Madras High Court by its great verdict yesterday has ensured just that in the manner and measure required.
Seeing the regal manner in which the Hon'ble Chief Justice AP Shah has viewed the transcendental holiness of the judicial proceedings relating to the Ram Setu issue, I can pay my humble tribute to him only in the words of New York Times which paid the following tribute to Justice Felix Frankfurter in 1962: 'History will find greatness in Felix Frankfurter as a Judge, not because of the results he reached but because of his attitude toward the process of decision. His guiding lights were detachment, rigorous integrity in dealing with the facts of a case, refusal to resort to unworthy means, no matter how noble they end, and above all, dedication to the Court as an institution.'
धर्म-संसद 25 जुलाई से - Dainik Jagran
लखनऊ। सेतु बंधु रामेश्वरम के मुद्दे को लेकर नई दिल्ली में 21 एवं 22 जुलाई को होने वाली विशेष धर्म संसद अब 25 एवं 26 जुलाई को होगी।
विश्व हिंदू परिषद के प्रांतीय मीडिया प्रभारी शरद शर्मा ने बुधवार को बताया कि 21 जुलाई से होने वाली दो दिवसीय धर्म संसद अपरिहार्य कारणों से स्थगित कर अब 25 एवं 26 जुलाई को होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि साढे़ सत्रह लाख वर्ष पुराने इस सेतु को किसी भी कीमत पर संत, धर्माचार्य और हिंदू जनता तोड़ने नहीं देंगे, इसके लिए आर-पार की लड़ाई लड़ी जाएगी। विगत माह आयोजित हो चुकी केंद्रीय मार्गदर्शक मंडल की बैठक में संत धर्माचार्यो ने समवेत स्वर से यह संकल्प व्यक्त किया था कि पुरातन और सांस्कृतिक धरोहर को किसी परियोजना की भेंट नहीं चढ़ने दी जाएगी।
उल्लेखनीय है कि सेतु बंधु को लेकर 21 व 22 जुलाई को रामलीला मैदान दिल्ली में विशेष धर्म संसद का आयोजन होना था लेकिन अपरिहार्य कारणों से इसकी तिथि में परिवर्तन कर दिया गया है। अभी तक संत धर्माचार्यो की जितनी भी धर्म संसद आयोजित हुई, वह राममंदिर आंदोलन को लेकर हुई, लेकिन अब विशेष धर्मसंसद में देश के अनेक हिस्सों से 20 हजार संत धर्माचार्य रामलीला मैदान पहुंचेंगे। इस आयोजन को शत-प्रतिशत सफल बनाने के लिए अयोध्या, वाराणसी, चित्रकूट, हरिद्वार, प्रयाग आदि तीर्थस्थानों पर संत धर्माचार्यो की बैठकें हो रही हैं।
